Nadia is a passionate physiotherapist with a special interest in upper limb rehabilitation. Her interest began through work with gymnasts and climbers, requiring a creative problem solving approach to modify training rather than stopping it all together.
Nadia graduated from Monash Univeristy with Honours in 2018 and is both a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association and an Associate Member of the Australian Hand Therapy Association (AHTA). She has supported athletes from recreational to elite levels across various sports including working closely with youth athletes. This has given her a strong understanding of long-term athletic development (LTAD) including key considerations around growth spurts, load monitoring and the importance of strong movement foundations to support longevity in any sport.
Her approach focuses on exploring what you can do to work around your injury as we know how frustrating it can be to take time away from your favourite sport. She combines her experience across multiple movement disciplines to help dedicated athletes who want more than vague rehab advice by setting objective milestones to guide progress in their rehab.
Whether you are managing a sprain, fracture, shoulder niggle or persistent finger problem, Nadia aims to help you rebuild strength and confidence to once more perform at your best.
When shes's not in the clinic, you'll usually find her bouldering, rolling on the BJJ mats or off on a spontaneous outdoor adventure with her partner in their CRV.

Eric- When I started bouldering, I was climbing too often and had synovitis on one of my fingers. I was happy to have found Nadia who is not only a physio but a climber so she knew exactly how I feel and wanting to get back to climbing with full strength. She was very systematic in finding a solution and always happy to explain the details when I don’t understand something.
My finger is now 99.9% and able to climb as before. When my daughter fell and broke her elbow bouldering, Nadia was the person I sent her to for treatment and rehab.

Nathan - I came to see Nadia due to a couple of injuries (elbow tendonitis and tendon issues in my left hand/wrist). She was amazing. Comprehensive assessment, super friendly, in-depth knowledge and thoughtful approach to rehab. It was a rapid road to recovery with Nadia's help, plus she went above and beyond to provide extra tips and strengthening techniques to not only ensure I remain as injury-free as possible but also to improve my climbing.
I walk away with everything healed, plus it's increased my confidence on the wall and helped structure my own plan for improved technique and strength. It was like having a physio and coach at the same time. 100% recommended.
Monica- I recently had the opportunity to work with Nadia, and I can't recommend her enough. Dealing with a persistent finger injury for over a year, I had seen a couple of hand physios without much success. However, Nadia's approach was different and refreshing.
As a fellow climber, she truly understood the nature of my injury and the challenges we face. She didn't just focus on my hands, but provided exercises targeting overall body strength to alleviate the strain on my hand. Instead of simply advising rest Nadia guided me on a slow and steady path to recovery. Her genuine care and tailored approach have made a significant difference in my healing journey.
